We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly offer a refund, exchange, or store credit in the following cases:

  • You received an item that is damaged or defective
  • You received an incorrect item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once approved, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Natural Variations

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or detailing are part of the beauty of handcrafted jewellery. These natural variations are not considered defects, but a reflection of the artisanal process that makes each piece unique.

Sale Items

All items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
