Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 4–5 working days. However, if an item is out of stock, we will inform you via phone call or SMS and notify you of the earliest possible dispatch date. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us in advance.
Within Pakistan, we offer standard shipping charges of PKR 300 on all jewelry orders for Cash on Delivery (COD). For orders that require delivery via courier services, shipping charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the product(s).
The projected delivery time for non-Lahore based orders is 4–5 business days.
For international deliveries, please contact us at sales@remaque.com, and we will provide shipping costs based on your destination.
Please note that unexpected delays may occur during shipment. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, kindly email us at sales@remaque.com and make sure to include your order number (provided via email at the time of order placement).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made.
