Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or detailing are part of the beauty of handcrafted jewellery. These natural variations are not considered defects, but a reflection of the artisanal process that makes each piece unique.

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase. It is then our priority to swiftly dispatch your order.
Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 4–5 working days. However, if an item is out of stock, we will inform you via phone call or SMS and notify you of the earliest possible dispatch date. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us in advance.
Within Pakistan, we offer standard shipping charges of PKR 300 on all jewelry orders for Cash on Delivery (COD). For orders that require delivery via courier services, shipping charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the product(s).
The projected delivery time for non-Lahore based orders is 4–5 business days.
